Refund window, eligibility, processing, and subscription management

1. Overview

We want you to be satisfied with 8ziart's AI avatar and wallpaper service. If you're not satisfied, you may request a refund under the terms below.

2. Refund window

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.

3. Eligibility

To be eligible for a refund, all of the following must apply:

  • Fewer than 10 generation tasks have been submitted.
  • Less than 20% of the purchased usage quota has been consumed.
  • The account has not violated our Terms of Use.

4. How to request

Send an email to support@8ziart.com with:

  • The account email used for purchase.
  • Your order ID or payment reference.
  • A brief reason for the refund request.

5. Non-refundable cases

Refunds are not available for:

  • Requests submitted after 7 days.
  • Accounts exceeding the usage thresholds above.
  • Promo or free credits.
  • Subscription renewals (cancel to stop future billing).

6. Processing time

Approved refunds are processed as follows:

  • We review eligible requests within 3 business days.
  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
  • Funds typically arrive in 5–10 business days.

7. Subscription management

For subscriptions:

  • You can cancel anytime to stop future renewals.
  • Access remains until the end of the current billing period.
  • Current-period charges are not prorated.

8. Data and content

If a refund is approved:

  • Access to paid features may end immediately.
  • Generated content may be removed in line with our retention policy.

9. Policy updates

We may update this refund policy from time to time. Continued use indicates acceptance.
